🔪 什麼是袖狀胃切除術？

袖狀胃切除術（俗稱縮胃手術）是目前全球最普遍的減重手術之一。手術透過腹腔鏡微創方式，切除約 75–80% 的胃，將胃塑型成細長的「袖管狀」，大幅縮小胃容積。The procedure removes approximately 75–80% of the stomach, reshaping it into a narrow sleeve, significantly reducing stomach capacity.

縮胃後不僅限制了每餐進食量，更重要的是，手術切除的部位正是分泌飢餓荷爾蒙「飢餓素（Ghrelin）」的主要區域，因此術後患者的飢餓感會明顯降低，有助於長期維持減重效果。Beyond restricting food intake, the removed stomach portion contains the primary source of ghrelin — the hunger hormone — so patients experience significantly reduced appetite, supporting long-term weight maintenance.

本中心採用腹腔鏡微創技術執行袖狀胃切除術，傷口小、疼痛少、恢復快。術後當晚即可下床，3–4 天可出院。我們的團隊包含代謝外科、新陳代謝科、心身科及營養師，提供完整的術前評估與術後追蹤。Our centre performs sleeve gastrectomy using minimally invasive laparoscopic technique — small incisions, less pain, faster recovery. Patients can get out of bed the same evening and are typically discharged within 3–4 days. Our team includes metabolic surgeons, endocrinologists, psychiatrists and dietitians for comprehensive pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
