🔗 什麼是 OAGB？
OAGB（One Anastomosis Gastric Bypass，單接口胃繞道）又稱「迷你胃繞道」，是傳統胃繞道手術的改良版本。與需要兩個吻合口的 RYGB 不同，OAGB 只需建立一個吻合口，將縮小的胃袋直接連接至空腸（繞過十二指腸及部分小腸），手術時間更短、技術難度相對降低。
這套術式在全球有大量長期追蹤研究，減重效果卓越，尤其對 BMI 極高（≥ 50）或合併嚴重代謝疾病的患者，長期成效優於單純縮胃手術。

⚠️ 注意事項⚠️ Considerations
- 繞過十二指腸，可能影響鐵、鈣吸收Bypasses duodenum — may affect iron and calcium absorption
- 殘餘胃（幽門胃段）存在，胃鏡觀察較受限Remnant stomach limits complete endoscopic surveillance
- 膽汁逆流風險，部分患者有胃炎問題Risk of bile reflux; some patients may develop gastritis
- 術後需長期補充維生素與礦物質Lifelong vitamin and mineral supplementation required
由於 OAGB 會留下殘餘胃，對於有胃癌家族史的亞洲患者，本中心醫師在術式選擇上會特別謹慎評估，必要時建議考慮 SASI 雙通道手術。
